Teachers educational event “PERSONAL EDUCATION WITHOUT GENDER STEREOTYPES” took place in 27th of August, starting a new school year. The lecture was held by Vilma Gabrieliūtė, Educologist and Director of Public Institution House of Diversity and Education.

Gender attitudes of teachers and how these attitudes affect children’s achievement, abilities, well-being and career choices were explored.

The discussion raised what is the impact of toys, educational materials and advertising on children's ability development and the importance of Gender Sensitive Pedagogics.
